LAWTON, OK – Direct from Sweden – The Music of ABBA is one of the only true ABBA shows to come from Sweden where ABBA was created some 50 plus years ago. After successes all over the world, ABBA stopped performing in 1982. Then Mamma Mia the Musical came on the scene in 1999 and ran until 2015. Generations of fans have seen Mamma Mia and are excited to see the most authentic ABBA show since the 1970’s.
The group will be making a stop at the Apache Casino Hotel on February 5, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. in Lawton, OK. The music tour has a full production and plays live music, unlike many other tributes who use tracks. The cast has performed with Mamma Mia The Musical and has also worked with original members of ABBA throughout the years and costumes were designed by the same designer who designed ABBA’s original costumes.
Tickets go on sale for Direct from Sweden – The Music of ABBA, on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 10 a.m. (CT) and range in price from $21.50 to $65 for guests ages 21 and older only. The cast has played over 2,000 shows together and are a cohesive band, while combining energy and playing all the hits. They have played with over 100 orchestras and have full charts.
