DESCRIPTION:Little Texas – As part of the Young Country movement of the early ‘90s\, Little Texas were responsible for shaking up the country music world with a new\, energetic sound that fused the look and attitude of modern rock music with traditional country themes and styles\, bringing a much appreciated bolt of life into the genre. For their efforts\, country fans the world over richly rewarded the band\, buying up over 7 million of their albums\, while critics showered them with 3 Grammy nominations plus honors from both the Academy of Country Music (Vocal Group Of The Year) and the Country Music Association (Album Of The Year). \nTheir first radio release in 1991\, “Some Guys Have All The Love\,” became a Top-10 hit\, as did their next single\, “First Time For Everything.” After the album First Time For Everything was released\, five singles reached the top of the charts. The second album\, Big Time\, truly was the big time for Little Texas. The sophomore release\, which has sold more than three million copies to date\, spawned three No. 1 singles -“What Might Have Been\,” “God Blessed Texas” and “My Love” – and captured the group’s first CMT Award\, a Billboard award\, a Radio & Records award and their first Grammy nomination. \nApache Casino Hotel is located at 2315 E. Gore Blvd\, Lawton\, OK 73501. Guests must be 21. Concerts guests wishing to purchase alcohol must have a valid government-issued photo ID with them at all times. All Concert Guests must pass through a security screening checkpoint and all Guests are subject to search. Guests are not permitted to bring weapons\, outside liquor or illegal drugs into our property. Due to the number of people at our concerts and the close proximity of chairs and aisles\, backpacks and over-sized purses will not permitted into the Event Center. Due to US Copyright Laws\, recording any part of the concert with professional recording devices of any kind is prohibited and all such devices may be confiscated by security so we prefer you don’t bring them to the concert. Cell-phone photos may be permitted unless specifically announced otherwise prior to the performance. Each Concert Guest must have a valid original Concert Ticket or valid original Print-At-Home Ticket in-hand to enter the concert. ADA seating is available at all Apache Casino Hotel Event Center Concerts and Events. Please call us in advance if you have any special needs we may assist you with. Tickets may not be resold for any amount higher than the face value printed on the ticket. Any person caught scalping tickets will have their tickets voided and charged a 100% restocking fee to place the ticket back into inventory. Scalpers will be banned from future ticket purchases at Apache Casino Hotel concerts.
